Prior to Captivate Talent, Chris was the Global Director of Talent Acquisition at a Reward Gateway, a PE-backed HRTech company operating in Sydney, London, Boston and Plovdiv and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Signpost, where he came in post Series B funding to lead scaling efforts from 70 to 220 in New York, Denver, and Austin.
