Why true startups need to focus on Sales Development first and Sales second.

Gino Donati is the Founder of Seed2C. He has been in Tech Sales almost 15 years. The story of Seed2C really starts back in 2013 when he moved from SF to NYC. Gino was then working at a company that built a platform to evaluate companies’ worth and was directly exposed, for the first time, to how Sales Development, Pipeline and Revenue directly affected evaluation and growth. This ultimately led to him working with two foreign companies (heading their US based Sales Development) and one Silicon Valley based company (heading their Sales Development on foreign soil).

It was the last experience that really opened his eyes, forced him to network with a number of intelligent and driven expatriates (contracting themselves), and ultimately birthed Seed2C’s Outsourced Sales Development offering, as you see it today.
